In one of his final public events in his position within the Bush Administration, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld reaches for his hat during a halftime flyover at the 107th annual Army-Navy football game in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Secretary Rumsfeld switched sides of the field at halftime so he could remain a neutral fan of both teams. Two weeks after the game, Rumsfeld left the administration and was replaced by Robert Gates.
