Parking Accommodations Tickets • Will-call will be located at the Registration desk at the top of the stairs leading to the ballrooms. • Checks and purchase orders must be received by April 25. •
Online sales must be finalized before May 5 at 11:59 PM. Seating • We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Each major Washington organization, including sponsors, will receive one table in the front section. Members will also be seated as close to the front as possible. ****NO EXCEPTIONS**** • No tickets will be held or issued without full payment in advance. • Names to be listed in the program seating chart must be e-mailed to dinner@whnpa.org by May 1, 2003 at 5:00 p.m. Changes made after May 1 cannot be reflected in the printed program. • Tickets will be delivered to your organization on May 2 if prior arrangements are made with a courier service or by providing shipping information and FEDEX number. All other tickets will be available at the registration desk at the Omni Shoreham Hotel starting at 6:15 p.m. the evening of the dinner.
