Stephen Clapper
Stephen Clapper is a photojournalist at Newschannel 5 WTVF-TV in Nashville. He began his career as a photojournalist in 2007 at KBTV in Beaumont, Texas after graduating from Lamar University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Stephen has also worked as a photojournalist in Greensboro, North Carolina and San Antonio, Texas before moving to Nashville in 2014. Stephen is an active NPPA member and an Emmy award winning photographer.

Eli Gardiner
Eli Gardiner first discovered his passion for Storytelling and Photojournalism when he was a student at Northern Michigan University and enrolled in a black and white photography class. After working at a few stations in Michigan, he became a member of the NPPA while working at WHO-TV in Des Moines Iowa. In Iowa he covered the 2012 presidential election and was part of a team of photojournalists that won a regional Edward R Murrow award for Photography and where twice runners up for the NPPA Small Market Station of The Year. Eli is currently in his third year working at WTVR in Richmond Virginia, where in 2015 he was a integral part of the team that won the NPPA Medium Market Station Of the Year. Eli has judged the NPPA BOP, the NPPA regional quarterly contest as well as regional Emmy awards.

Tammie Mills
Tammie Mills currently works for WVUE Fox 8 New Orleans as a photojournalist and editor. I have been with Fox 8 for seven years. I am originally from Bakersfield, Ca where I started working 17 years ago at KERO 23 News as an editor. My favorite slogan, “Looking at life through my viewfinder.” I have had the honor of winning press club awards, AP awards and an Emmy. I love the craft of videography and editing and truly making a visual story.

Donna Hayes
Donna Hayes started in the industry after watching my uncle in a studio audio booth at CBS, I knew I would do something in broadcast and decided when I was 8 years old to follow in his footsteps. I’ve had a 35-year career as a broadcast editor. Over the years she has won 7 Emmys and received 31 nominations, Folio award. She is currently an editor at the number one station in the country – WABC TV in New York.

Keith Plummer
Keith Plummer brings unique experiences to the film and broadcast world. Graduating in 1985 from Towson State University with a Mass Communications degree. He started his career in the control room of an independent television station in Baltimore, working his way quickly into the daily production staff running camera and editing. After three years of honing his production skills, Keith moved to Washington, and became a cameraman covering daily news on Capitol Hill for a small group of Sunbelt stations. After a short time he began working for the Hearst-Argyle Television’s Washington bureau as a photographer/editor covering national news with his beat being the White House and Capitol Hill. Keith went on to become Hearst’s Chief Photographer for 9 years traveling the world and covering national news. During his time in D.C. Keith covered four Presidents – from Reagan to Bush. From 1995 to 2000 Keith elected by his peers to served two terms as an Executive Committee Member on the RTNDA.
In 2002 Keith started his own film production company, Plumgood Productions. Since then he has produced, directed, written and edited fictional films, documentaries, commercials, music videos and corporate films. As a Cinematographer, Keith is highly sought after and has a distinctive style of lighting and creating images that sets him apart from others in the field.
Nationally recognized for his documentary work, Keith has produced several films on lesser known people and topics in African American history. Keith currently resides in Athens, Georgia with his family.

Christopher Wood
Christopher Wood is a Senior Photographer at News 12 Connecticut, where he has worked for the last 11 years. During that time, Christopher has acquired a number of honors including multiple New York Emmy, regional Edward R. Murrow awards for photography and editing, as well as the title of regional NPPA Photographer of the Year. He has covered many major local and national news stories, including the Sandy Hook shooting and the Boston Marathon bombings.
