Dirck Halstead, who received the 2003 Lifetime Achievement from the White House News Photographers Association, has died. He was 85. Dirck joined the WHNPA on Dec. 31, 1966. Below is the page in the 2003 ‘Eyes of History®’ awards retrospective honoring him.
