The sibling's mother Anna Jones recently died at age 54 of cirrhosis of the liver due to heavy drinking. Since his mother's death, Davey spends most of his time at his sister's home and drinks throughout the day. For the last five years he had been living with his mother and surviving on her disability payments and $197 in food stamps.
